Ever wondered how to approach the customer to increase our sales? No doubt, we follow all the quantitative statistics, calculations and algorithms to do that. But what about the customer? We perform so much of market research and brainstorm ideas keeping in mind to increase our revenue. Do we keep in mind the customer? We make strategic plans and execute them, ignoring the one big power to be used: EMPATHY.

Getting into the shoes of the customers, understand their needs and then deriving a market strategy, this results in the brand’s increased wealth. In our daily lives, we teach everyone around to be empathetic towards each other. But we often forget about it while marketing the products for one and only, OUR CUSTOMERS. With today’s digital transformation of the brands, formulating the marketing strategies as per the qualitative term-Empathy, a brand can do wonders in their industry.
